• Weight Watchers at Work Program: Southwest was proactive by supporting an employee’s idea to bring in a Weight Watchers at Work program. Since January 2008, three twelve-week sessions has allowed 25 participants to lose 398.4 lbs and that number is growing (or shrinking)! Southwest contributed $50 toward each participant's 12-week program and when a participant reached their goal weight, an additional $20 was received.
