December 16th, 2025 marked the official groundbreaking for our latest rental development – FORTUNA on Lucknow Street – coming in 2028.
Members of our management, operations, and construction teams, along with RBC representatives and the Dexter site crew, gathered to officially mark the start of this exciting new project on a chilly winter morning.
This milestone event reflects months of collaboration and careful planning, as well as the expertise and commitment of the teams working behind the scenes to bring FORTUNA to life.
Fortuna will be 18 storeys and offer 174 thoughtfully designed suites, including select street-level walk-ups and building amenities designed to support connection and everyday living. Residents will enjoy a rooftop fitness centre with an outdoor terrace for yoga, workouts, or lounging, along with individual work and study pods. An expansive resident terrace will feature fire tables, barbecues, and social spaces—all complemented by city and harbour views.
