Seton Ridge – Update – June 15, 2016 June 15, 2016

UPDATE:  Seton Ridge, our environmentally sustainable, integrated community planned for Halifax.
On May 30th, we completed the first milestone toward its development with a municipal public information meeting held at Mount Saint Vincent University. During this session, municipal planning and Southwest representatives shared Southwest Properties’ application to rezone the former Motherhouse lands from institutional to mixed-use.
Our application and supporting documents can be found at the following links:

Once this land is rezoned, we will embark on the detailed design phase for the community as part of the municipal development approval process. We will consult extensively with the public during this phase and will share more definitive plans for elements such as road design, housing types, parkland and storm water management.
We welcome your feedback throughout the development process – please contact us directly or visit the municipal planning website for additional information and as an alternative to provide comments. Read More »
