Communauto Atlantic

Southwest Properties has Communauto Atlantic locations onsite as an amenity to residents at MAPLE on Hollis, Curve at South Park, Winchester Place at 5264 Morris and Park Plaza on Lucknow.  A Communauto Atlantic member has access to a fleet of over 40 cars that you can reserve for a half-hour, an hour, by the day or longer, whatever you need.  Communauto looks after all costs related to owning a car: vehicle purchasing, financing, registration, insurance, repairs and maintenance, bridge toll service as well as all administrative costs. Even gas. There is free parking on the Waterfront and the Port parking lots as well as at Scotia Square, Brunswick Place and Park Lane.

Home Instead

We have partnered with Home Instead Senior Care to provide additional services to senior residents who are living in some of the best spaces Halifax has to offer. Home Instead Senior Care’s services range from concierge-like personal assistance and home support to in-home assisted living. This partnership will allow the local senior care experts to enhance the lives of aging adults and families who call Southwest home.

Resident Events

At Southwest Properties, we come together often as a residential community. Watch for property level lunch & learns, educational programs and our Annual Resident Appreciation event.
