Students from Saint Mary’s Elementary school shared their urban vision at a construction celebration at the site of Southwest Properties’ latest residential project on Friday, May 2nd, 2014. Several large-scale, painted plywood murals were unveiled and installed as public art on the hoarding around the Hollis Street lot.

Young urban residents of Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) will share their vision of the kind of community they want to live in. One hundred and five students from Saint Mary’s Elementary school, aged primary to grade 6, will take part in a painting workshop hosted by Southwest Properties this Friday. Urban Visionaires
UPDATE: Thank you to everyone who came out to explore the question “what does your urban life look like?”. The well-attended, fun and interactive evening allowed our Southwest team to engage with a group who are passionate on shaping the future lifestyle in the urban core.
