Name Announced for Condominiums on South Park Street

Halifax | Monday, July 28th, 2014 Southwest and Streamliner Properties have selected the name for the condominium component of their mixed-use development on South Park Street in Halifax. The condos will be called Pavilion at South Park, paying homage to an element of history from the Halifax Public Gardens.

YMCA announces Southwest as developer

HALIFAX, June 17, 2014 – The YMCA of Greater Halifax/Dartmouth announced today that it has secured Southwest Properties and Streamliner Properties Inc. as its development partner to build a new 70,000-square-foot YMCA Centre of Community on the corner of South Park and Sackville Streets in downtown Halifax.

Project name revealed and urban murals unveiled…

Students from Saint Mary’s Elementary school shared their urban vision at a construction celebration at the site of Southwest Properties’ latest residential project on Friday, May 2nd, 2014.  Several large-scale, painted plywood murals were unveiled and installed as public art on the hoarding around the Hollis Street lot.

Young visionaries paint urban core
