Southwest Properties announced the appointment of Paul Murphy to Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, effective February 1st, 2023. In his most recent role as Chief Financial Officer, Paul provided oversight for all financial aspects of Southwest’s extensive portfolio. This move enhances Paul’s strategic oversight and leadership for Southwest’s Group of Companies. Paul will serve as a senior advisor to the Executive Chairman Jim Spatz, and will report to the President and CEO, Ben Young.
This new position will provide Paul the opportunity to assume responsibility for the strategic direction and oversight of Premiere Suites. In addition, he will continue playing an instrumental role in key decision making at the Advisory Board level.
