A Public Open House and information session will be held for the proposed mixed-use, residential development located on the CUNARD LOT at 1325 Lower Water Street.
Case 22129 – Southwest Properties has submitted an application for Downtown Substantive Site Plan Approval for a mixed-use building with a 16-storey residential tower at 1325 Lower Water Street, Halifax. Representatives of Southwest Properties will be present at the Public Open House to discuss the proposal and to answer questions from the public.
The meeting is open to anyone who wishes to attend to seek information about the proposal and/or express any comments which they may have.
