The Investment Property Owners Association of Nova Scotia ( IPOANS ) selected CURVE as the provincial Development of the Year for 2020 ! The award makes CURVE a two-time winner in 2020.
During a Live Stream awards presentation on Wednesday, October 14th, CURVE was chosen the winner in the Development of the Year category. The development was judged on its unique features, environmental practices in its design and aspects of the development Southwest is most proud of.
Being recognized within our community and among our peers in the industry is very meaningful for Southwest Properties.

The IPOANS membership is made up of Nova Scotia’s residential investment property owners and managers across Nova Scotia who have over 45,000 apartment rental units under their management. The annual awards recognize the work of the members in several categories from management, community initiatives and developments.
