Marriott Residence Inn & Courtyard (Dartmouth, NS)
Officials with Southwest Properties, New Castle Hotels & Resorts and JLK Global Fund International entered into a partnership to build and operate the new Courtyard and Residence Inn by Marriott, in Dartmouth Crossing. The 136,000-square foot project is opened in 2019 – the first Marriott-branded project in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
Marriott Residence Inn (Moncton, NB)
We completed the Marriott Residence Inn located in Moncton, NB in summer 2008. Ideally located for both business and leisure travellers, the Residence Inn offers 133 upscale suites including 1 and 2 bedroom units featuring kitchens or kitchenettes.
Hampton Inn and Suites (Dartmouth Crossing, NS)
Spring 2009 saw the completion of the Hampton Inn and Suites located in Dartmouth Crossing. With 163 guestrooms, the Hampton Inn and Suites can cater to all sorts of meetings and conferences in Halifax, as well as weddings, family vacations, and other special events. It’s perfectly situated just 15 minutes from both downtown Halifax and the Halifax Stanfield International Airport, and just steps from one of the biggest and best shopping experiences in Halifax.
